Welcome to Promotry. By subscribing to or using our targeted solo ad advertising services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Advertising Services & Delivery

Promotry provides targeted solo ad email distribution services. Each campaign delivers email messages to verified, opt-in email recipients within your chosen category. Delivery is monitored and recorded through independent third-party tracking links provided with every campaign order.

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Monthly plans (Starter $10/mo, Premium $40/mo, Deluxe $80/mo) are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle. You may pause, adjust, or cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your customer dashboard. Upon cancellation, your existing campaign allotment remains active through the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Ad Content & Acceptance Policy

Promotry reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any ad copy or destination URL that promotes illegal products, hate speech, malware, phishing schemes, pornography, or deceptive claims. If your ad requires revision, you will need to update your email copy or destination link to comply with our guidelines.

4. Click Guarantee & Refund Policy

We guarantee the total click volume specified in your ordered package. If your campaign fails to deliver the promised clicks, or if you encounter verifiable tracking discrepancies, you are eligible for an immediate re-broadcast or full refund upon notifying our support team within 7 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

Promotry guarantees targeted visitor clicks, but does not guarantee specific lead opt-in counts, sales volumes, or profits, as conversions depend on third-party factors including landing page quality, server uptime, and offer attractiveness. Promotry shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
